ARC Raiders Soul's Offering Guide: Every Stage, Material, and the Rooftop Firework

ARC Raiders Update 2.3.0 brought a new community project to Speranza, and it is one worth clearing before it expires. Soul's Offering runs from October 27 to November 16, 2026, and it asks players to honor the fallen Raiders of Toledo with memorial donations, then finish the job with a firework on a Buried City rooftop. This ARC Raiders Soul's Offering guide covers what the project is, every material you need, and how each stage works, so you can finish it without wasting a run.
ARC Raiders Soul's Offering: what the project is
Soul's Offering is a player project from Celeste, framed as a memorial. As stories of losses at Pendola Pass reach Toledo, Celeste asks Speranza's residents to honor those who fought against ARC. In practice, it works like other ARC Raiders projects: open the Projects menu, track the stages, and donate materials from your stash. The project has four stages in total. The first three are memorial offerings built from donated materials, and the final stage sends you up to the Santa Maria Houses rooftop in Buried City to set off a firework. Check the countdown in the Projects menu for the exact remaining time, since the project ends November 16 and does not wait for you.
Every Soul's Offering material you need
The donation list is long, so start gathering early rather than scrambling in the final days. Across the stages you will need Dead Flowers, Rock Salt, Railway Lanterns, Fancy Plates, a Mask Fragment, and an Insulation Roll, alongside ARC components. That mix pulls from several loot pools, which means you will not finish it in one map. Plan a few runs across different maps and conditions, and keep an eye on your stash totals between runs so you know which material is holding you back.
A few practical tips help. First, donate as you go rather than hoarding everything for one big drop, since the project menu shows each stage's exact counts and your progress. Second, prioritize the rarer items: the Mask Fragment and Insulation Roll are the ones most likely to stall you, while the more common household loot like Fancy Plates tends to pile up naturally. Third, remember that Update 2.3.0 changed loot elsewhere too. Emperor and Frigate loot now skews toward deeper rooms, and six weapon blueprints (Dolabra, Bobcat, Equalizer, Jupiter, Tempest, and Vulcano) can now drop in any major map condition, so your farming routes may already be shifting toward deeper exploration anyway.
How to finish the rooftop firework stage
The final stage is the one that requires a live run rather than a donation. Head to Buried City, make your way to the Santa Maria Houses rooftop, and set off the firework there. Treat it like any rooftop objective in a hot zone: clear the immediate area first, watch for ARC patrols, and do not linger on the roof once the firework is lit. The firework announces your position, so have your extraction route planned before you trigger it. If you are running solo, consider a quieter loadout and a fast exit; if you are in a squad, have one player cover while another triggers the firework.
If you are still learning the maps, our ARC Raiders beginner guide covers survival, looting, and extraction basics that apply directly here, and the Pendola Pass extraction guide is worth reading for the extraction mindset, since the rooftop stage rewards the same discipline: get in, do the objective, get out.
Update 2.3.0 changes worth knowing before you farm
Soul's Offering did not arrive alone. Update 2.3.0, live since October 27, also buffed the Heavy Shield (base charge up from 80 to 90), boosted the Flame Spray (damage up from 10 to 13 per second, with durability drain halved), and changed the Firefly Burner so it triggers when thrown, leaving fire and exploding after about three seconds. Those changes make close-quarters farming a little more forgiving, which helps when you are sweeping buildings for project materials.
The update also disabled the Expedition Vault, moving stored items to your stash and compensating purchased slots with Bronze Statuettes, and it moved gameplay fixes back to a three-week schedule after the weekly post-Frozen Trail fixes. A few quest bugs remain on the official known-issues list, so if a project-adjacent quest objective fails to register, check the known issues before assuming you did something wrong. For the full patch breakdown, The Click's Update 2.3.0 notes and GameRiv's patch summary both cover the balance changes and the remaining issues in detail.
Finish Soul's Offering before November 16, and do not leave the firework stage to the last day. The donations are the grind; the rooftop is the moment. Get both done and you will have a memorial completed and a stash full of the loot you gathered along the way.
