Xbox Game Pass November 2026 opens with a genuinely fun week. Gravhounds lands in Game Preview on November 2, Football Manager 27 arrives in PC early access on November 3, and the first two weeks keep stacking day-one releases from there. Microsoft has not posted its full mid-month wave yet, but the confirmed early lineup is already one of the better starts to a month this year.

Xbox Game Pass November 2026 Lineup So Far

Here is what is confirmed for the first two weeks, based on Microsoft's Next Week on Xbox roundup and publisher announcements:

  • Gravhounds (Game Preview): November 2. Xbox Series X|S and Xbox on PC, day one on Game Pass.
  • Pit of Goblin: November 3. A smaller day-one addition alongside the bigger names.
  • Football Manager 27 (PC Launch Preview): November 3. Full launch follows on November 10.
  • ZERO PARADES: Director's Cut: November 3. Xbox Play Anywhere.
  • VOID/BREAKER (1.0): November 4. Also listed for PS5 the same day.
  • Escape Academy 2: Back 2 School: November 5. Solo, local split-screen, and online co-op.
  • Warhammer Survivors: November 10. Games Workshop's first survivors-style game, day one on Game Pass.
  • Thronefall: November 11. A strategy title rounding out the early wave.

The headliner for most subscribers is Gravhounds, and it is easy to see why. Octopus Panic, a seven-person studio staffed by veterans of Halo, Battlefield, and Star Wars games, describes it as a 1-4 player co-op action builder. You play a pack of bio-engineered dogs doing dangerous industrial work on hostile planets, building bases, defending them with turrets and pipelines, and extracting before the alien swarm overruns you. Xbox revealed Gravhounds at gamescom with a day-one Game Pass launch, and the Game Preview label matters: this is an unfinished game that will keep changing as the studio builds it alongside players.

Why This Month Is Shaped Around November 19

Look at the calendar and the strategy is obvious. The whole industry is clearing a path for Grand Theft Auto VI on November 19, and Game Pass is no exception. The early-month slate is front-loaded with co-op curiosities, a management sim, and a puzzle sequel, all games that can find an audience in two weeks without trying to compete with Rockstar. That is smart scheduling, and it is good news for subscribers: these are the kinds of games that thrive on a service, where trying something odd costs nothing extra.

Football Manager 27 is the interesting one for PC players. The Launch Preview on November 3 gives management fans a week with the new systems before the full November 10 launch, and the series has a loyal PC audience that will happily spend that week breaking tactics. Escape Academy 2, meanwhile, is the sleeper pick of the wave. The first game was a sharp co-op puzzler, and a sequel with split-screen and online play is exactly the sort of thing a Game Pass weekend is made for.

What Is Still Missing

Two things are still unconfirmed at the time of writing. Microsoft has not posted its full November wave, so a second batch of additions (and the usual mid-month exits) should land in the next week or so. The November 15 exits, in particular, are worth watching if you have a backlog: anything leaving the service in the first half of the month has not been formally flagged yet. Keep an eye on the Xbox Wire announcements if you are mid-way through something.

For context on how the service has been shifting this year, our Battlefield 6 Game Pass coverage and the October 26 to 30 Xbox release roundup show a service leaning harder into day-one launches. PlayStation owners are not left out this month either: the PS Plus November 2026 games arrive November 3, led by Dead Island 2.

The Bottom Line

Gravhounds alone makes November 2 worth a download if you have a squad, or even if you play solo. Add Football Manager 27 for the PC crowd and Escape Academy 2 for co-op puzzle fans, and the first half of November is already covered. The real question is what Microsoft adds in the second wave, and whether anything can hold attention once November 19 arrives. For now, the early month is stacked, and the price of trying all of it is already paid.
